My order

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have a customer account, you can also see recent orders there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can using the contact form on the website or by emailing post@luvora.no.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the item.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Where do you ship from?
All our products ship from Norway.
How long does delivery take?
Because many of our pieces are made to order, typical delivery time is 3–5 weeks. Specific information for each product is stated on the product page.
Can I return my item?
You can return most items within 30 days. Exceptions include products made specially for you, such as custom sizes, engraved jewelry, and other special orders. These cannot be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Send us a message through the contact form or email post@luvora.no. Include your order number and we will send you instructions for a return or exchange.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for you. Contact us to receive a return label to use when you send the item back.

Products and jewelry

What is a lab-grown diamond?
A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond. It is chemically, physically, and optically identical to a natural diamond. The only difference is that it is created in a laboratory instead of being mined from the earth.
How do I find the right ring size?
See our ring size guide. You can request a free ring gauge using the form at the bottom of that page.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store them so they do not knock together, avoid harsh chemicals and hard impacts, and clean gently with mild soap, lukewarm water, and a soft brush. Periodic checks with a jeweller can also be a good idea.
Does an IGI certificate always come included?
All diamonds of 0.30 carat and above are delivered with an official IGI certificate confirming quality and authenticity. For diamonds under 0.30 CT, an individual certificate is not included, but we always guarantee the same high quality for every stone we use.

Payment

Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Vipps, Klarna, American Express, or standard cards. You choose when you reach checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
No, you do not pay extra fees. Luvora is a Norwegian business and all our products ship from our warehouse in Norway.
Do you offer instalments or financing?
Yes, we offer payment through Klarna. When you choose Klarna at checkout, you can decide whether to pay right away, defer payment, or split it into smaller amounts over time.

Account and contact

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, it is not required. An account is still convenient if you want a full overview of your orders and faster checkout on your next visit.
