Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to create a bespoke piece?
Typically around 3–5 weeks from when you approve the final 3D sketch until the finished piece is produced, quality-checked, and delivered to your door with free, insured shipping.
What does a bespoke piece cost?
The price depends on your material choices, such as precious metal type (for example 18K yellow or white gold), and the size and cut of the diamond you want. You always receive a no-obligation quote early in the process.
Can I make changes after I have seen the 3D sketch?
Yes, absolutely. When our designer has prepared the 3D sketch, we review it with you. You can refine and adjust details until you are fully happy with the design. Production only starts after your final approval.
Do the diamonds come with a certificate?
Yes. To ensure you receive the exact quality you pay for, all bespoke projects that include diamonds over 0.30 CT are delivered with an official international IGI certificate.
Can I return a bespoke piece?
Because a bespoke piece is made uniquely to your personal wishes and exact specifications, these orders are excluded from our standard 30-day return policy. There is no return or right of withdrawal on custom orders.
Is the warranty the same as on your regular jewelry?
Yes. We apply the same strict standards to our craftsmanship whether the piece is from our core collection or made specially for you. You receive the same comprehensive quality guarantee against manufacturing defects on all bespoke jewelry.
