30-day right of return

We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard items and cover return shipping for you. If you wish to return or exchange a piece, contact us through our contact form or at post@luvora.no, and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Exceptions for special orders

Bespoke jewelry made to your own specifications or with personal engraving cannot be returned or exchanged. This also applies to rings produced in custom sizes.
